CAB Torque Tube Hangers provide a high quality, low cost solution for under panel cable management. They are especially effective in projects with bifacial panels because cables are neatly organized along the torque tube which reduces panel shading.

CAB Hangers are manufactured from class 3 galvanized, high tensile strength spring steel for maximum strength and corrosion resistance. CAB’s 80 mil (2 mm) thick PVC coating is applied to 100% of the surface which provides added safety and protection for cables. The high visibility orange coating has a dielectric breakdown strength of 400 volts per mil (.025mm). It is flame retardant, chemical resistant, high dielectric grade and UV stabilized for long service life in highly corrosive environments.

CAB Solar Cable Management with Integrated Grounding received a NECA Showstopper Award in recognition of its innovative technology and economic benefits. This cabling system simplifies electrical design and lowers the cost of labor and material in ground mount solar arrays. It’s quick and easy to install and has many benefits over trenching or cable tray.

CAB’s Integrated Grounding System eliminates the need to run a separate grounding conductor and grounding jumpers to all mid piers. The design includes a custom engineered copper composite messenger wire, heavy duty mid pier brackets with clamps and end pier kits. CAB’s strong, durable PVC coated hangers easily attach to the messenger wire and the individual carriers can be quickly loaded with cables. In addition to cost effective cable management, it can provide both the EGC and GEC. It meets NEC, UL and IEEE standards and is ETL Safety listed by Intertek to UL 2703.
